Modular Control Shelters
Satcom Scientific was awarded a contract to provide sixteen (16) environmentally controlled modular shelters to be integrated by the US Army. The 8-foot tall, 8-foot wide, 20-foot long all aluminum shelters are built on a custom ISO frame that allows easy transportation of these systems worldwide. Each shelter includes an electrical distribution system, redundant air conditioning, equipment racks, a 3-bay control console and an engineering workstation. Although this example is military in nature, Satcom Scientific can configure these modular sheters in any size (up to 20-feet) as mobile offices, telecom shelters, portable banks, food service galleys or mobile medical facilities.
